The Corporate Recruiter is a dynamic role that works strategically with all departments within R2 Logistics. Your main responsibility will be recruiting the entry level talent that comprises our network of branches nationwide. Meeting and maintaining staffing levels in the Corporate Recruiter role is executed through strategic talent acquisition methods, including campus recruiting, and is critical to the continued growth and success of R2 Logistics.
High volume candidate sourcing for positions at R2 Logistics’ locations nationwide
Networking internally and externally to source top talent through social media, resume databases, and attending campus recruiting events
Communicating with candidates from application through the interview process
Communicating and building relationships with hiring managers to discuss best practices for talent acquisition and to ensure their staffing requirements are met
Creating and updating R2 Logistics’ job advertisements as needed
Making offers and conducting new hire onboarding
Managing candidate information in the applicant tracking system and providing weekly progress updates to the Recruiting Manager
Promoting R2 Logistics to current and potential employees as brand and corporate ambassadors.
1-2 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Ability self-motivate and meet hiring deadlines
