Help Desk Tier I Analyst

The Help Desk Tier I Analyst will provide end-user technical support for hardware/software installation/configuration and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. This position requires sound knowledge of PC hardware and Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10). The Help Desk Tier I Analyst must be able to prioritize technical issues, while maintaining precise attention to detail and providing users with outstanding customer service. Corporate help desk/desktop and basic telecom support experience are preferred.

Responsibilities include:
  • Active directory user account administration
  • Computer hardware/software installations
  • Desktop/Laptop build and troubleshooting experience
  • MS Office 2016 end-user support and troubleshooting
  • MS Outlook 2016 (LAN and Offline/Remote) support and troubleshooting
  • Smart phone email configurations
  • Basic troubleshooting and support of VOIP phone systems and Citrix
  • After hours and weekend on call support (Rotating Schedule)
Required Qualifications:
  • Corporate Help Desk Experience.
  • Windows 10 / Office 2010 -16 - Support / Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Outlook - Troubleshooting
  • Active Directory - User Setups / Authentications/ Troubleshooting
  • Desktop / Laptop Builds / Troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of Network Concepts and Windows Server Administration
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications - A+ / Net+ / MCITP / MCP / MCDST
  • VoIP Systems / Citrix - Basic Support / Troubleshooting
  • Dell Hardware Troubleshooting / Support - Laptops / Desktops / Printers
  • Working knowledge of C# and Perl
