Front Office Manager - Executive Assistant

The Front Office Manager/Executive Assistant provides vital clerical and administrative support to the R2 Logistics executive team. This role provides the structure and organization necessary for daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Office/reception management, to include:
    •  Call handling
    • Mail distribution
    • Visitor communications
    • Executive travel arrangement
    • Calendar management
    • Meeting preparation
    • Vendor management
    • Executive expense reporting
  • Supervises office equipment maintenance and purchasing
  • Ensures building access protocols are met for R2 employees and visitors, including the distribution of access keys and parking permits
  • Completes additional projects and scheduling, as needed by the R2 executive team
  • Occasional travel required (less than 10%)
     
Requirements:
  • Executive assistance or office management experience (3-5 years preferred)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Concur (preferred)
  • Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
